Additional Information

In our 2011 CR Report, we provided an indicative figure for our carbon emissions for the enlarged business. We were not 100% confident in its accuracy at the time, which is why it was only indicative. When we collated our data for this year's report, it became apparent that our lack of confidence was justified. Our 2011 emissions were far lower than might be anticipated from that indicative figure, which caused us to re-investigate the data for the additional business in 2010. Whilst not possible to do this within our CR Report publication deadline, AECOM provided us with revised data for 2010 in which we have every confidence, enabling us to submit environmental trend data doing back to 2008 in a submission to the Dow Jones Sustainability Index. You can view the revised Dow Jones Sustainability Index assessment here.
