By road

From the M27, leave at junction 2 and take the A36 to Salisbury - allow 45 minutes.
From the M3, leave at junction 8 and take the A303 and A338, or the A30, to Salisbury - allow around 1 hour.

By train

Salisbury Station is located on Western Road. Trains run direct from London Waterloo with a journey time of around 1.5 hours. Taxi journey from the station to Friends Life takes around 10 minutes.

By air

Heathrow Airport is the nearest international airport - allow 2 hours to travel to Salisbury.

Parking

Access to the Central public car park can be gained from Castle Street via the Mill Stream Approach.

Reception

Reception is located on the ground floor in UK House and is accessed via Castle Street. All visitors must report to reception and obtain a visitor's security pass.
