Critical Illness Cover

Introduction

Our critical illness cover is designed to help protect your client and their family from the financial hardship that a serious illness can cause during the cover term.

By paying a tax-free lump sum (or annual benefit with family income benefit) if your client suffers or undergoes any one of a number of specified illnesses or operations, it can help relieve the financial strain. It can pay for home alterations or specialist equipment, and help cover day-to-day expenses, help meet the cost of private treatment, or simply provide an income.

We aim to provide a generous product that includes a comprehensive list of 49 conditions and operations.

We don’t just add any conditions to make our list longer. We add conditions to offer meaningful wide coverage to your clients. Download our Critical illness cover toolkit, which brings together all our critical illness tools and literature in one place.

Our critical illness cover also comes with a variety of additional services - including access to free health information and support through the Bupa HealthLine* plus access to Best Doctors*.

*Bupa HealthLine and Best Doctors are non-contractual agreements and may be withdrawn at any time.
